1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings must be made through the OnGoRides website or mobile app.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled ride will incur no charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
- For no-shows, the full fare will be charged.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or other payment methods accepted by OnGoRides.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or waiting time may apply and will be added to the final bill.
3. Driver and Vehicle Responsibilities
- OnGoRides ensures that all drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained to provide professional service.
- All vehicles used for rentals are regularly maintained and meet safety standards.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Usage of Services
- The customer is expected to provide accurate information during the booking process.
- OnGoRides reserves the right to refuse service if a customer is found engaging in illegal or inappropriate activities during the ride.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
5. Liability
- OnGoRides is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.
- In the event of any breakdown, OnGoRides will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.
- OnGoRides is not liable for any loss of personal belongings during the ride. Please ensure all valuables are securely stored.
6. Changes to Booking
- Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled ride. OnGoRides will do its best to accommodate the changes but cannot guarantee availability.
- Fare adjustments may apply depending on the changes made to the booking.
7. Privacy Policy
- OnGoRides values your privacy. We collect and store personal data only for the purpose of processing bookings and improving our services.
- We do not share personal information with third parties without customer consent, except as required by law.
8. Termination of Service
- OnGoRides reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any customer found in violation of these terms and conditions.
- In case of misuse of services or failure to comply with OnGoRides policies, the customer may be blacklisted from using our services in the future.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
